CBE and COMESA Clearing House Organize Sensitization Workshop to Promote the Regional Payment and Settlement System (REPSS)

The Central Bank of Egypt CBE, in cooperation with the COMESA Clearing House CCH, hosted a sensitization workshop on the Regional Payment and Settlement System REPSS. The workshop was held with the participation of representatives banks operating in Egypt, several CBE officials the Banking Operations, Payment Systems, and African Cooperation sectors, as well as experts the CCH.

The Central Bank of Egypt CBE - Co-chair of the Regional Consultative Group for the Middle East and North Africa RCG MENA hosted the Financial Stability Boards FSB RCG MENA Meeting. CBE Issues New Decrees for Extending the Exemption of Individuals from Transfer Fees via Instant Payment Network and InstaPay Application for a Renewable Period of 3 Months
